("RAVR," "we," "our," or "us") is a data-driven live music platform where users discover, rate, and review concerts and venues. We gather data to personalize user experiences, support artists and venues, and generate insights for brand partners.2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following categories of personal data:A. Information You Provide:Account Information: Name, email, password, phone number, date of birth, gender, ethnicity, customer preferences (drink of choice, favorite artist, favorite genre, etc.), profile image (optional).User-Generated Content: Reviews, ratings, photos/videos from live events, and survey responses.
Contact Details: If you communicate with us via email, feedback forms, or social media.Third-Party Integrations: Social login credentials (Google, Apple)B. Information Collected Automatically:We use Firebase and Google Analytics to automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including your IP address, device identifier, operating system version, and application usage patterns (e.g., screen views, session duration, taps, custom events). If you grant location permission, we may also collect precise GPS coordinates. Otherwise, we infer your general location based on your IP address. Additionally, we use Firebase Crashlytics to capture crash reports and diagnostic data.None of this data is linked to your personal identity in our systems, and it is used solely to improve and secure our services. For more details, please refer to Google’s privacy policy.3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATIONWe process your personal data for a variety of clearly defined purposes that help us deliver and improve our services. We also maintain an internal registry of data processing activities that outlines how each category of personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared. This registry is available upon request in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

We may share your aggregated and de-identified data in the following ways to improve the live event experience:Service Providers: For hosting, analytics, email services, customer support, and other operational functions.Brand Partners: To provide aggregated and de-identified insights for campaign analysis and event performance.Venues & Event Organizers: To share aggregated, de-identified feedback data.Marketers: Including agencies, alcohol brands, venues, artists, ride-share programs, etc.Legal Authorities: When required by law or regulatory authorities or to enforce our rights, protect our operations, or protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of others.We do not sell data that directly identifies individuals (such as name, email address, phone number, or date of birth). However, we may share or sell aggregated and de-identified information - such as event attendance patterns, demographic breakdowns (e.g., age ranges, gender, ethnicity), and user review trends - with third parties (e.g., brands, venues, promoters). This information is used for research, marketing, and product development purposes aimed at enhancing the live event experience.Such aggregated data does not constitute “Personal Information” under applicable privacy laws because it cannot reasonably be used to identify you, either alone or in combination with other data.6. COOKIES & ONLINE TRACKINGWe use cookies and similar technologies to:Authenticate Users: To remember users' logins and ensure secure access to your account.Analyze App Performance and Usage: To track how users interact with the app, including screen views, session duration, taps, and other app usage statistics. We use a combination of encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your personal data. Our third-party service providers, including Firebase and Google Cloud, also implement industry-standard security measures, such as data encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication, and regular security audits.However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.We regularly review and update our security practices to ensure that your data remains protected. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERSCurrently, most of our data processing and storage is based in the United States, but if we expand our services internationally, we will ensure that data transfers are handled in compliance with all applicable laws.12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACYRAVR is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. During account creation, we require users to provide their date of birth and do not permit sign-up if the user is under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from someone under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.For users in the United States, we take reasonable steps to align with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has bypassed our safeguards and submitted personal data, we will promptly delete that data.If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child (under 18) has provided personal data to RAVR, please contact us at [email protected], and we will take the necessary steps to remove the data.13. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and any associated services (collectively, the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.1. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use RAVR. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.2. Account RegistrationTo access certain features of the App, such as logging items or submitting content, you may be required to create an account.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, either through email or via the contact form on the RAVR website.By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your account details updated as necessary.3. User ContentYou may submit content to the App, including reviews, comments, ratings, and images (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content, subject to any applicable licenses in such User Content granted to RAVR and its affiliates.Any content submitted to RAVR in connection with an event may be used by RAVR and its partners for promotional and marketing purposes, but not limited to, use including in advertising materials, social media posts, and event promotions.By submitting User Content, you grant RAVR a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the App and related services.You agree not to post any unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or abusive User Content.
RAVR reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content at its sole discretion, with or without notice.4. Community GuidelinesBy using RAVR, you agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or any third parties.Impersonate any person, entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, negligent or unauthorized purposes.Post, distribute, or transmit any spam, malware, or content that is misleading, defamatory, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
Engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of the App.5. Intellectual PropertyYou retain ownership of all rights in the content you create and submit (“User Content”).Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, by posting or uploading User Content to the App, you grant RAVR and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable, transferable, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User Content in connection with providing, promoting, and improving the App and our services, including the right to share anonymized and aggregated insights with third parties.RAVR shall have the right to collect and analyze data and other information embedded within any User Content (and any data derived therefrom), and RAVR shall be free (during and after the term hereof) to use such information and data to improve and enhance the App and related services, and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with the App and related services.All other content, trademarks, logos, and technology in the App (excluding User Content) are owned exclusively by RAVR or its licensors, as applicable, and are protected by intellectual property laws.You may not copy, modify, or distribute RAVR’s content without RAVR’s prior written permission.6. Third-Party Services and Links
RAVR may integrate with or link to third‑party services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, ticketing platforms, social networks, and other tools.If you purchase tickets or interact with any third-party services via RAVR (e.g., ticketing platforms, payment processors), those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service. We recommend reviewing these before engaging with those services.RAVR does not control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party service’s content, features, or availability. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies and in no event shall RAVR be liable for any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses relating to your use of such third-party services.Any data you share with a third party (for example, when you log in via Apple or Google, or purchase tickets through a linked platform) is governed by that service’s policies. RAVR shall not be liable for such third-party’s handling of your data or any issues you may encounter therewith. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and them.7. Availability & ModificationsRAVR may be modified, updated, or suspended at any time without prior notice.We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.8. TerminationRAVR may, in RAVR’s sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or harmful behavior toward other users.
Upon termination, your right to access or use the App will cease immediately.Any data associated with your account may be deleted or retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may contact us for clarification or to appeal the decision.9. DisclaimersTo the fullest extent permitted by law:The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, arising from course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade or non-infringement.RAVR does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content or data presented through the App.
RAVR makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, security, or error-free operation of the App, and does not guarantee that any defects or errors will be corrected.Use of the App is at your own risk. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data that results from your use of the App.
RAVR does not control or endorse third-party services accessed through the App and is not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data.RAVR does not assume responsibility for any physical injury, accident, or health-related issues arising from attending events or venues recommended or reviewed through the App. Users are encouraged to make their own judgments regarding their participation in events.By attending or participating in events organized or recommended through RAVR, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with those events, including physical injury, accidents, or health issues. RAVR and its affiliates are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur, whether or not caused by negligence.If an event is hosted or organized by a third party (such as a brand, venue, or artist), RAVR is not responsible for the content, conduct, or actions of the third-party event organizers. Any claims arising from those events should be directed to the event organizer.10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk, and you hereby waive and release RAVR and its affiliates from any and all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not RAVR has been informed of the possibility of such damages.The total liability of RAVR and its affiliates, collectively, shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is less.11. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAVR, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses directly or indirectly relating to:Your use or misuse of the App: This includes any actions you take while using the App, whether or not they comply with these Terms.Your violation of these Terms: Any breach of this agreement, including but not limited to the rules regarding User Content, prohibited activities, and obligations to comply with applicable laws.Any User Content you provide: If you post, upload, or otherwise submit any content to the App, you are responsible for ensuring that the content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark) and privacy rights.You will indemnify RAVR and its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, as necessary, for any legal claims arising from your User Content.Your violation of any law or rights of any third party: Any legal claims resulting from actions you take that violate laws or infringe on the rights of other individuals or entities, including but not limited to defamation, fraud, or intellectual property violations.You agree to promptly notify RAVR in writing if you become aware of any threatened or actual claims or legal disputes related to your use of the App or any User Content you provide.The obligations in this section shall apply regardless of whether RAVR has been notified or made aware of the legal claim or dispute.12. Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws.
Arbitration Clause: Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of RAVR will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.Arbitration will take place in Delaware.13. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy, in the sole discretion of RAVR, at any time with or without advance notice. When changes are made, we may alert the user in-app or direct them via email to the updated policies on our website and update the “Effective Date.”Your continued use of RAVR after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.14.
